justfilm Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of justfilm("justfilm," "we," "us," or "our"), a web application at https://justfilm.app that helps TikTok creators plan, generate, and review ideas for their own TikTok content. By creating a justfilm account or using justfilm, you agree to these Terms and to the justfilm Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use justfilm.

You must be at least 18 years old to use justfilm. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. You may use justfilm only for your own content and your own TikTok account.

justfilm generates video ideas, lets you plan them on a calendar, and summarizes your content's performance. Optionally, you can connect your TikTok account so justfilm can display your own performance data and tailor suggestions to it. justfilm may add, change, or remove features over time.

If you connect TikTok, you authorize justfilm to access your own TikTok profile and video data on a read-only basis. justfilm does not post, comment, follow, message, or otherwise act on your TikTok account. Your use of TikTok data through justfilm is additionally subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and policies, and justfilm's use of the TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. You may disconnect TikTok from justfilm at any time.

You agree not to misuse justfilm — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or reverse-engineering the service, using it to violate TikTok's terms or any law, or using it to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content, notes, and preferences you create in justfilm. You grant justfilm a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to generate suggestions, as described in the Privacy Policy). justfilm claims no ownership of your videos or your TikTok content.

Video ideas, predictions, and performance commentary produced by justfilm are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable, including any predicted figures. They are suggestions for you to judge, not guarantees of any outcome. You are solely responsible for what you choose to film, post, or publish.

justfilm relies on third-party services including TikTok, Anthropic (AI), Turso, and Vercel. Your use of justfilm is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. justfilm is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

justfilm is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, justfilm and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, data, or content, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using justfilm and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of justfilm after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
